Step 1: Create your letterhead using the application of your choice. Print the letterhead document to pdfFactory Pro and click the Letterhead minitab. Click the "Create using current job" button and name the letterhead.

Step 2: Close pdfFactory and then print another document to be placed on the letterhead, such as a simple letter.

Step 3: Click the Letterhead option in the Jobs tab and your letterheard will be applied.
