Not a valid Win32 Application error

If you get the "Not a valid Win32 Application" error, then the problem is likely that you have ended up with an incomplete download. The incomplete download is caused by an Internet Explorer cache problem — this issue does not occur with other web browsers.

You will need to re-download. There are two options:

1. Instead of using Save, use the Run option when prompted by IE during the download.

2. From the Tools/Interner Options dialog box, delete temporary files, close IE, reopen and download again.
