Step 1: Create your letterhead using the application of your choice. Print the letterhead document to pdfFactory Pro and select the Letterhead dialog box from the Settings menu.
Click the “Create using current job” button and name the letterhead.
Step 2: Close pdfFactory Pro. Your letterhead can now be accessed from the Jobs tab.
