You will need a digital representation of your signature. You can get this by scanning it, drawing it using an image tool or some other means. Once you have your signature, follow the steps below.
1. Copy your image to the Windows clipboard. Note that the image must be opened and viewable before it can be copied. Copying a file directly from a folder to the clipboard is not supported.
2. Paste it into pdfFactory Pro by right-clicking and selecting “paste” or using ctrl-v.
3. Position and size the image using the handles. If a transparent background is desired, right-click and select “transparent”.
4. You can save the image as a signature by right-clicking and selecting “save as signature”. This applies to initials also. To use the signature/initials image for a future document, right-click at the desired location and select “sign” or “initial”.
